Wat heb je nodig
- Je e-mailadres (bijv. naam@costarockinvest.com)
- Je e-mail wachtwoord (ontvangen van de beheerder)
Stappen
IMAP-toegang
IMAP is al ingeschakeld door de beheerder voor alle accounts. Mocht je in de toekomst problemen hebben, controleer dan of IMAP nog actief is: log in op mail.zoho.eu, ga naar Instellingen → Mail Accounts → klik op je e-mailadres → controleer of "IMAP-toegang" is ingeschakeld.
Als tweestapsverificatie (2FA) is ingeschakeld, moet je een app-specifiek wachtwoord aanmaken in Zoho. Ga naar accounts.zoho.eu → Beveiliging → App-specifieke wachtwoorden.
- 1 Open de Gmail app (of je standaard e-mail app)
- 2 Tik op je profielfoto rechtsboven > Nog een account toevoegen
- 3 Kies "Anders"
- 4 Voer je e-mailadres in en tik op "Volgende"
- 5 Kies "Persoonlijk (IMAP)"
- 6 Voer je wachtwoord in
- 7 Vul bij inkomende server in: imappro.zoho.eu, poort 993, SSL
- 8 Vul bij uitgaande server in: smtppro.zoho.eu, poort 465, SSL
- 9 Voltooi de setup en geef je account een naam
