What you need
- Your email address (e.g. name@costarockinvest.com)
- Your email password (received from the administrator)
Steps
IMAP Access
IMAP has already been enabled by the administrator for all accounts. If you experience issues in the future, check that IMAP is still active: log in to mail.zoho.eu, go to Settings → Mail Accounts → click your email address → verify that "IMAP Access" is enabled.
If two-step verification (2FA) is enabled, you need to create an app-specific password in Zoho. Go to accounts.zoho.eu → Security → App-specific Passwords.
- 1 Open the Gmail app (or your default email app)
- 2 Tap your profile picture (top right) > Add another account
- 3 Choose "Other"
- 4 Enter your email address and tap "Next"
- 5 Select "Personal (IMAP)"
- 6 Enter your password
- 7 For incoming server: imappro.zoho.eu, port 993, SSL
- 8 For outgoing server: smtppro.zoho.eu, port 465, SSL
- 9 Complete the setup and give your account a name
